First-class service for mortgage and loans customers

The Quin Group BV is a leading modern company. As the largest independent third-party servicer in the Netherlands for mortgages and consumer loans, Quion wants to offer a first-class service to their customers. Therefore, Quion is looking into the possibility of moving from a purely based voice telephony strategy to an Omnichannel Cloud strategy. A new strategy also calls for a new, innovative partner that understands the future of customer contact and thinks along in a future strategy.

After an earlier collaboration with a Genesys partner, the Quion Group has now chosen for collaboration with the young, innovative partner 3Fiftynine. This choice was made after an intense RFI period with several vendors.  

About 3Fiftynine

3Fiftynine was founded in 2015 by Randy Drielinger. After years of experience at Interactive Intelligence and the customer questions he received there, he saw a large void in the market and decided to find the solutions for it.

The answer came in the form of an easy-to-use software with a beautiful design that responded to customer demand.

Today, 3Fiftynine builds CX software, advises on digital customer contact, provides support on CC platforms and offers a broad product suite of contact center solutions.
